To Whom it may concern.I am responding to the complaint that a costumer claimed that "he noticed a 6" scratch that dented his car" after service.After servicing his car our attendant made me aware of the customers complaint I responded to him that it did not happen here, but I would reviewthe cameras that we have We use all cloth material After reviewing the cameras and speaking to the other employees who handled his car, there is no evidence that warrants the customers complaints-again we use all cloth materialWe tried to speak with him about the matter, but he was irate and uncontrollable We had to phone the police to remove him from the premises because he was scaring the employethey were afraid of him, but the customer left before the police arrived If there is anything more that I can do for you please lete me know.Sincerely, [redacted] GM
