Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by Robert
R[redacted] regarding his credit card...

account.Mr. R[redacted]’s credit card account was in a delinquent status when he
contacted us by phone on September 2, 2015. He informed us that he was not able
to meet his repayment obligations with us and was seeking payment assistance from
a third party. A hold was placed on the funds in Mr. R[redacted]’s account at that
time as a result of the loan delinquency.We received additional information about the third party Mr. R[redacted]
is working with to assist him with the repayment of his loans with us. As of
September 4, 2015 the hold was removed from the funds in Mr. R[redacted]’s
account. We are continuing to work with Mr. R[redacted] to regarding his
delinquency, however, recent attempts to reach him by phone have not been
responded to.

As a member of OneAZ
Credit Union, it is the responsibility of our members to notify the Credit
Union upon a change of address. The Credit Union is only required to attempt to
communicate with members at the most recent address they have provided to the
Credit Union. The Credit Union will accept notices of a change in address from
members to the Credit Union only if provided in writing, in person, by
telephone, by Online Banking service, or secure messaging.
 
In review of Mr. [redacted]’s
account he received a courtesy refund on 11/2/15 for a Bad Address Fee he incurred
at that time. On 5/31/17 Mr. [redacted] has incurred an additional Bad Address Fee
because of him not providing the Credit Union with his current address. The fee
will not be refunded.
 
At this time, the Credit
Union does not have a current address on file for Mr. [redacted]. We encourage him
to contact us using the methods described above so we may update his records
accordingly.
 
Enclosed you will find a
copy of OneAZ Credit Union’s Membership and Account Agreement, which outlines
the member’s responsibilities and methods of communication with the Credit
Union.

K[redacted] regarding her...

recent loan experience.
 
Mrs. K[redacted] has been working with our [redacted] to resolve her concern as described in the complaint. We acknowledge
that incorrect information was provided to Mrs. K[redacted] regarding our Home
Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) minimum payment requirement.
 
After speaking with Mrs. K[redacted] further regarding her financial needs,
we offered a different loan product that would more adequately meet her needs. This
new loan will have a fixed rate for the term of the loan and meet her desired
payment requirement.
 
We have informed Mrs. K[redacted] to allow up to three weeks for the
processing of her new loan. During this time, we are working closely with Mrs.
K[redacted] to provide her updates on the status the new loan.
 
We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused our member. As a valued member of Arizona State Credit
Union, we look forward to continuing to work with Mrs. K[redacted] to meet her
future financial needs. If you have any

In the modern world , your online system doesn't work . I have tried many times and it still gives me error. I cannot call your bank during working hours because it is my working hours as well. Please refund me ten moeny, I will see if I can find time to call. Meanwhile fix your website rather than putting blame on customers and charging fees. If this is the service , I will rather close this account.

The Lawyer faxed over the death certificate with the account number plus you can lookup on line her death certificate. I called several times and was rebuffed. This is nothing more than to prevent a negative review on Revdex.com.Really? for $130 you need to waste communication and try to say to protect itself without doing anything plus it took a very long time even to respond

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by [redacted] regarding his home loan application and deposit refund request. At the time the home loan application was taken, Mr. [redacted] was advised that due to his past financial events we would need to gather more information...

through third party vendors, and send for further review for underwriting consideration. After receiving all the required documentation, the loan application was not approved due to current federal lending guidelines. This could not have been known at the time of application, as we did not have all information from the third party vendor reports. The application deposit of $450 has been refunded in full to Mr. [redacted] as of June 24. A phone message was left for Mr. [redacted] on June 25, requesting a return call to us should he have any additional questions. Sincerely,   [redacted]Regional Mortgage Sales Manager

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by [redacted].
We have conducted an...

internal investigation of [redacted]’s visit on
February 11, 2016 at our Monroe Branch location. After reviewing the video
surveillance footage captured during Ms. [redacted] visit, we believe the
contents in dispute exited the drive-thru container tube in the area located
between the driver seat and center console of her vehicle.
We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] and have issued a replacement
debit card to her. We also offered to cover the cost associated with obtaining
a replacement driver’s license, to which she declined.
