On Tuesday 01/10/I tried to contact MrsR [redacted] at :11:30am 13:pm ,13:45pm at the phone number: [redacted] the customer was not interested of hearing me and she hung up the calls The reason I tried to contact her is to inform her that we are willing to issue her a full refund, As I mentioned the customer hung up on me the moment I identified myselfIf MrsRozanne is still interested in receiving a refund I can be reached at:###-###-####

Hello, I apologize for Mrs. M[redacted]’s less than stellar experience at our store. It is our intention to provide excellent customer service and leave all of our customers satisfied with the products they purchase. After recounting this purchase with my associates, it has become evident that Mrs....

M[redacted] was offered all of our packages and showed great interest in our Product line and Mrs. M[redacted] settled on our starter package. Additionally, our store has a sign at the front of the register indicating our return policy is exchange only within 14 days of purchase. This policy is also explained by all of our associates and is also written on our receipts. I am happy to extend the exchange period for this customer beyond our 14 day exchange policy. She is also welcome to contact me to coordinate the exchange.
