Review: I ordered jacket and pants from this company on May 21, 2013. I returned the pants immediately via mail, as they were too large. I was advised to re-order the item by the operator of the company, [redacted]. I reordered the item online. The returned pants were $310.00 which I was not given credit. The re-ordered pants were cancelled within a few days because of a time delay so that order was cancelled before they were shipped at a cost of $310.00. + $100.00 shipping = $410.00 which I was billed. Both transactions were paid through paypal. In total this company owes me $720.00 US. After numerous emails and telephone calls there was always the promise of returned funds but nothing to date. This is a substantial amount of money.

The last email I received by [redacted] stated "check my bank account within a few days the money should be there" that was Sept. 30th, 2013 and gave me her private cell phone number. In the past several weeks neither the store or cell phone numbers could be reached. $720.00 is a considerable sum of money that I want returned.Desired Settlement: I have ordered these items online in good faith and they have kept my money. This is not right! I also filed a dispute with paypal however in order for paypal to take legal action it must be filed within 45 days. With all their promises to return my money I did not file until after the 45 days. Line honors are very aware of the paypal policy that's why they use stall tactics.

Because of the long distance they also know it's impossible to take direct action since I live so far away. Please do not let them take advantage of long distance customers. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Just a quick note to inform you that I have heard from the company----Line-honors Outfitters

and they have resolved the problem. It has taken quite some time however my refunds were returned to me.

It was not until I filed the report with the Revdex.com that they took action. It has been a long road albeit a successful one.
