I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is the service I receivedI made my appointment for March 29, They said "leave the documents we will call you on Monday to pick them up at this point before I left I paid the $feeI waited and waited never received the calledI finally emailed them on April 10, no responseTired of waiting I drove during my lunch hour to see if the documents where readyThe receptionisttold me he was out sick and had no idea when he would be backThen she gave me the extension form and gave me the addresses I should mail the forms toWeeks passed everytime I called no one would answerWhen I took time off work to drive to the office, all I heard is he is out sickI then agreed to make an appointment with *** on May 18, The day of my appointment I waited for hours before seeing *** (and I had an appointment!)During those 3hrs of waiting I noticed the the receptioninst would only answer some calls but not others*** finally saw me and was very politeI needed one more paper the settlement for my workers compwhich I dropped off with the receptionist the following dayOnce I received the request for the 2013-print outs from the IRS I took them as soon as I received themThis time I met with *** and once again he said "leave them with me to review I will call you back to pick them up on MondayMonday turn into another weeks.I work in Lemon Grove so it's hard for me to drive all the way to their location just to get an updateI called everyday that they have listed that they are openand it rang and rangSo I decided to call from my phone at work and guess what they answered the callThis happened 2xSo this is the reason why I saidthey would not answer my calls, because when I called from my work phone the call would be answerFinally, fed up of not getting any answers I decided to reportto the Revdex.com and when I went in to get my documents they removed my taxes gave me a check to cover the feesAnd no assistance on the taxes even thought they where paid in that year for those tax fillings and he supposed to help me if anything happens with the IRSAfter waisting all that time (that I had to take off work)I never got my taxes doneNow i'm stuck trying to hire a new tax accountantWorst service ever! CertificatesSchool records for her children Medical records.Those are the documents the IRS request to process ETC, AOTC, CTC and ACTCWe later suggested her to claim a credit called IRC [redacted], which required PI oof of payments madc to thc IRS for previous balances. Thosc documents wcrc ncvcr brought to us.She states that we ignored her calls and that we didn't answer because we knew it was her, is complete rubbish. She meet with us several times yet she did not provide what we requested toclaim IRC [redacted].She later requested that her information be returned to her as well as the fees for our service. We agreed and returned her the documentation (W2's, Income, Expense, ect.. .).As for the 2014 Tax bill, our file states that she has back taxes pending from previous years. The 2014 income tax return that she was supposed to receive was held by the IRS to pay a portion of her previous balance.
