I received the initial complaint from the Revdex.com on 8/21/ I responded to the customer the same day explaining to him that I had never received a quote request from him The customer and I exchanged several over the next several days to determine the information he was requesting I sent him an estimate for the work requested on 8/30/ I did not hear back from the customer I sent a follow up email on 9/8/and the customer informed me that he would be having the work done at another business that was closer to where he lived

I did not receive a request for a quote from this customer.  Not sure what website he was using to try and contact me.  I sent him an email apologizing and asked to provide the website he used so I can get the issue resolved.
