To Whom It May Concern, After getting word about this complaint I went through our records and although it showed that our software was updated for *** *** to no longer be included in our customer loyalty e-mails that we send out from time to time informing our clients of any
specials we may be offering at the time; for some reason there was a software glitch that we were not aware ofI have since removed *** ***s e-mail & contact information from our database completely to avoid any further communicationI have recently taken over all customer service duties for Super Steam last month (May) and have been doing my best to fine tune all correspondence with our clientsWe value every single client and do not want this to continueOur Deepest apologies to *** *** Best Regards, *** *** Customer Service/Office Manager w/Super Steam Carpet & Tile ***
