Line-X Protective Coating

on Janurary 10th I had my brand new F250 sprayed with Line X at safari Truck, located at 4051 Phillips Hwy. Jacksonville Fl. I got the black premium package. I never put anything in the bed until July, 7th. it was just two fairly light doors. as I pushed them in the line us peeled from the tailgate, bed and front wall. I then began to check it closer and I was able to pull it up with my fingers. I have had trucks sprayed by safari in the past but at the Orange Park location. it was so tuff you couldnt scratch or ding it with a hammer.

I am in agreement that ITEX is a business to business trade group and trades are generally handled through a trade director and sales tax is handle through either a payment of cash or check. I am not aware of the exact conversation with [redacted] since I was not present for the phone call. It... is not our policy to take ITEX for specialty coating applications because of the complex nature of the applications and time involved. We only take ITEX for spray on truck bedliners since we know exactly how much time and product we have invested in the application. If the customer would have worked through his trade director this conflict may have been avoided all together. I was present when the customer arrived to pick up his trailer and he was very upset upon entering the building. The manger was trying to communicate with him that we would be willing to split the bill in half and take ITEX for half and a check for the other. The customer did not want to listen to the manager and used profanity, wrote a check and stormed out. After the incident we were still willing to make this offer even though he wrote fk off on his check. We contacted ITEX and stated that would would be willing to do this however, after reviewing all the slandering the customer did on the internet on every media outlet he could think,giving use poor reviews, trying to hurt our business in anyway he could I have decided to distance our company from this customer and will not be willing to offer any adjustments to his invoice.

If the customer is willing to give positive reviews and feed back at all the places he left poor reviews I would be willing to give a refund for half of the project for payment in ITEX.  in other-words half is paid by customer and half is paid by ITEX, there must be proof of positive reviews.  I have not reviewed the ITEX website for my company since I started with ITEX so I am not currently aware of what the offering stated.  Our trade director has always been aware that we trade for bedliners only because of the specific nature of the application.  I apologize if the ITEX website was misleading.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am not willing to give you an positive reviews anywhere. I would delete all my reviews if you refund me in full and take full itex. I will not remove my reviews until I am refunded. This offer is on the table for 48 hours. I am closing my Itex account and will be transferring my funds to another vendor and thus I will have no Itex and there would be no way to right the wrong.
