I purchased a product from them and in the store we set it up. It was leaking in the store and the manager said it was normal and it would stop. It never did so within two weeks I went back to the store to let them know it was indeed defective. He told me he would replace the o-rings if I came back the next day. So, I did, however at this point I had already talked to the manager and via email and ask for a replacement because it was defective since the day we set it up in the store. His response to my request was "Just bring it in" implying he would. The next day when I returned to the store. The manager who said he would replace the o-rings wasn't there and neither were the o-rings. The guy working was texting the owner and said the owner said not to replace it but to instead offer me 20% a replacement part for the piece they believed to be defective. So, to recap. the product was defective when we set it up in the store, they lied and said it was normal and not a defect, but then when I returned, acknowledged they did sell it to me defective and would make it right by offering 20% off the part they sold me that was defective... Pretty sure I was completely hustled.Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want a FULL refund so I can buy it somewhere the customer service actually exist and where they aren't scamming their customers! At this point, I don't even trust getting a replacement! Business Response I am truly sorry that you received the first, apparently defective product from our store. What I told you about the tank leaking when you first left our store is something that happens to the majority of tanks. When the coil is first primed it happens, so again I want to reiterate that this is completely normal for the product you purchased. There are just a couple issues, one being you waited two weeks to bring the product back into the shop. With user error being the number one problem with devices like this it is hard for us to tell if it always leaked or if you accidentally damaged the tank. The second being when you came back in you had liquid that contains distilled water it in, something that is not recommended for Eliquid in general or to be put into this tank. Our company policy is to not return items due to people trying to scam our types of business with knockoff products bought elsewhere or because most issues are malfunctions due to user error. With that being said I can not refund the purchase but will exchange your tank for another one, Please make sure to bring the tank with the other parts included with the kit so I can exchange the tank. Regardless, standard practice in retail is standing by a defective product within 2 weeks. You can kee blaming the liquid but you yourself just said it was leaking you just thought it was an overfill. In addition, the liquid you are blaming come from a store who also sells this product and they have never had problems with leaking despite the "distilled" water. The device was design to be available to use with different types of oils. Your store and your oils are not exclusive to the product. I can down to your store 3 times and discussed via email/fb a resolution and you brushed me off and refused an exchange which is all I wanted from the day I walked in there with a problem. It took contacting the for you to respond professionally and unfortunately it's been a month now so I went out and bought a new product. At this point, I am entitled to a refund. You made a bad choice refusing an exchange within 10 days further you when it leaked before I left the day I bought it you should have exchanged it then. It's bad business practice to make a customer come back 3 times within 10 days of owning a product. Refuse to help her by blaming another stores oil, which I've already stated makes no sense because hundreds of shops with distilled water added to their oil across the country sell this same vape. The oil leaked so much it destroyed the electrical component and stopped charging. So I had no choice but to buy another one. So as I said, I want a refund and I resfuse to make another trip to your store after being treating so rudely and making 3 trips down their. Put the check in the mail and learn better business practice! Final Business Response I have done everything I can to respond to your complaint. The fact is we have a sign up in our store that clearly states "All sales Final, warranties are through the manufacturer." I told you that I would replace the leaking portion of the product, which is the tank, and give you a new one. This alone is going against everything I know about how many people mess up their products due to user error. Still everything I told you about a tank normally leaking at first is not a lie, and happens with my own products that I personally use. I have been doing this a lot longer then the other store you visit, and there is a reason premium/professional Eliquid companies DO NOT put distilled water in their liquid. Either way I have tried meeting you on middle ground and replacing the tank. Thanks for the business and come again.
