reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Note that I called his land line the day it happened, and sounded like a perfectly clear connection to me. [redacted] performed this reparative action, and consider this complaint resolved.

I have hired [redacted] to repair her yard.   The have filled in the dirt, planted grass seed and put netting over the area.  She called me on my cell phone and I was in an area that the call was dropped.  I didn't hang up on her.Randy Lineberry
