BSM Landscaping completed the work exactly how it was stated on our contract on 5/17/as requested by the customer. Each step was completed as it was described and with our highest standards in mind. Weed mat was used under the rock to allow the water to reach garden plants. We
pride ourselves on performing the best job we can as soon as we can. However, it is the nature of our business that our scheduled work can change quickly due to weather and unforeseeable scheduling changes with other customers.Regarding property damages, there is sufficient evidence that BSM Landscaping is not responsible for the complaintsThe damage described in the complaint about the cracked siding could not be our fault because the damaged siding is on a side of the house where the work we performed was far from the house. Also, the damage to the siding is at least 4.5' off the ground and more likely to be the result of a lawnmower throwing a rock. The first set of pictures demonstrated the condition of the house before/after we performed work on 5/17/2017. The second set of pictures accompanying this letter, taken June 9th 2017, do not show any weeds in flower debs or other property damage. Despite the fact that it's highly unlikely that the scratches mentioned on the lamp post were a result of negligence by BSM Landscaping we took it upon ourselves to repair the damage.There is also evidence that the customer was trying to have issues regarding the light pole fixed by the builder before we even started work on their property
