In addition to a refund of the Shipping costs $63.19. Tracking records showed this item arrived at 10721 Jasmine St. Fontana, CA 92337-8200 on December 16th signed by Gustavo.I've e-mailed several times to customer service in an attempt to get my refund without success. I was told that the refund would be credit to my account. I have yet to receive the monies, total of $127.17.I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to secure the $127.17 refund for me.Thank you,Jeanie HaasDesired Settlement: A total refund of $63.98 for the comforter set and refund for the S&H of $63.19, a total of $127.17.
