Review: Order # [redacted] placed on April 9, 2014 still not process, shipped. Contacted company last week and thought order was processing. On late Friday receive email from PayPal that order was cancelled. Called PayPal to be told they had not cancelled order that vendor must have cancelled. Spoke to vendor on Friday and Saturday to be told we should use another source of payment. Advised them to proceed with PayPal. Talked with Mrs. Siebert with LinenSource on Monday of this week and she finally returned call to say that PayPal was new to their company and that the problem was with her own company. She promised a call the next morning and expressed she would send items express with no cost to us. We have heard of nothing since and have seen no shipping notice.Desired Settlement: We want the items we ordered. They seem to be one of a few sources for this oversized bedspread. We would like the items with express delivery with no cost to us. Handling charges should be waived as well since handling has been deplorable.
