Bear Fence installed a glass panel fence for us We were told by another fence contractor it wasn't installed properly so when we contacted Bear in February they repaired it (In what we thought was the correct manner) Two weeks after they repaired the fence, a glass panel shattered I got a couple opinions from fence contrators and low and behold, the thru bolts that were supposed to be put on every post, were not installed The post that didn't have the thru bolts had to much give, making the glass panel lose, before falling out and shattering all over our deck Just last week another panel became loose and we had to pull it out, because the fence has too much give Now we have to have it repaired or replaced because of improper install and what we believe to be faulty workmanship; I have tried contacting the business several times to no avail The owner who helped me replace the broken panels earlier this year has a full voicemail box and when I leave messages with recepti
