Review: Need to have one roof tile nailed down on new home. Texted [redacted] on 7.31 with complete information as to the problem, address, lot number, and pic. No response. 8.3 texted [redacted] to confirm receipt of text. He phoned from his cell and could not be heard. Told him that and to call back. He did not. I called him and he did not answer. 8.4 I left a message with [redacted], the Receptionist, to have [redacted] call me. He did not call. On 8.5 I texted [redacted] for an update. No response. 8.6 left a message with [redacted] to have Jonathan call me. He did and said someone would fix it. 8.6 [redacted] phoned and wanted all the info again that was given to him on 7.31. As of today, 8.11, the tile is still not nailed down.Desired Settlement: Nail down the roof tile.
