In regards to the complaint about my grooming services:1) I was using a guard on my clippers, so it is not possible to leave bald spotsI left the hair 3/of an inch all over.2) I am not a veterinarian so I don't have sedatives on the premisesThe only way for me to sedate a dog is for the owner
to bring me the sedativeShe didn't bring them so I couldn't dispense them.3) Shaving the testicles too close is a possibility Some dogs have more sensitive skin so they get razor burn When I am told about this, I use a different size blade or turn my clipper vac (a vacuum attached to the clippers) off so it doesn't cut as closeIf I am not told, I have no way of knowing that the dog has sensitivity issues and I use the #blade as usual.*** ***Owner of Kay'z Kutz
