Review: I placed an order on Lingerie Solutions website on November 21, 2015 and I was charged for the product at that time but I STILL haven't received the merchandise and it's December 20th! This company charged me and I have reached out about 10 times via telephone and left at least 5 voice mails and 4-5 emails at their email address listed on their website http://www.lingeriesolutions.com/contacts/index/. I've tried to call again recently and apparently everybody is leaving messages because the box is stating it's full and you can no longer leave a message. Nobody is responding to any of my requests even though they state on their site that they will get back with you in at least 2 days after sending an email. But I still have NOT received a reply to my many attempts to now get a refund because I'm so aggravated with their service that I don't want their product now! They are committing FRAUD since they took my money with no merchandise sent to me and several attempts to get my inquiry answered by their customer service regarding my missing product with no response from anyone. PLEASE help me get my money back.

L[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a billing adjustment for a refund and to be contacted by the business to let me know what they intend to do with my order and fraudulent charge they committed. I call it fraudulent because they took my money but didn't send merchandise nor are they replying back to my MANY attempts to inquire. I NEED a REFUND and the company to call with their explanation.
