Review: I dropped the online course at Link2Life on about January 30. I am entitled to a prorated refund, given that I was only enrolled in the course for a few days. By contract, and per conversation with [redacted] of the company, I was informed that my refund would be processed within 45 days. I have not received a refund or any information about the amount I will receive or when I will receive it. Moreover, I have sent 1 email and left 2 messages with the company over the course of the last 2 weeks and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I want my course fees refunded immediately.

Review: I had signed up and paid $300.oo for Link 2 Life's Accelerated EMT Course for January 18, 2016. They canceled the class 2 days before it was to start. I tried contacting them numerous times via phone and email, but no one called or wrote me back for 3 weeks. Finally, their receptionist emailed me back and said that I would have to wait 45 days "per their enrollment agreement" but per their enrollment agreement, it states that if a student withdraws themselves from one of their courses, then and only then would it take 45 days to receive a refund. I didn't cancel or withdraw myself, they canceled the class! I still needed to get my EMT Certification, so I asked if they were going to put on another EMT Course and they said yes, in February. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked if they could put me in that class, since I already made partial payment and they said yes. Again, 4 days before the course was to start in February, they said they canceled the class. They emailed me that one time, notifying me of the cancelation, but when I replied, asking to receive my refund, they refused to reply back to me. It took me 13 days to get an answer regarding my refund. Again, I was told to wait 45 days for it, yet at this point, it is going on 68 days!! I've tried sending numerous emails and left countless phone calls requesting someone to call me back, email me back or just answer my question as to when and how I'd get my refund back, and nothing. They are the ones who canceled the class, not me. I gave them 2 separate chances to redeem themselves and provide the class but on both occasions, they failed and now they are not returning my messages or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the "company" Link 2 Life to issue me my REFUND for services they never provided. I signed up to take their course, to attain my EMT Certification in order to get hired for a Fire Department that required the cert, and due to their unprofessionalism and lack of attention, I missed the hiring window for this particular Department. Very unprofessional and I am requesting any help the Revdex.com can give me, before I have to take legal action, thus requiring more time and attention on my part... (which I do not have too much to free up to do this)
