We are not quite sure as to why the consumer filed the complaint against Link Revenue Resources, LLCThis consumer never made any contact with our company, nor did they make any payment to us directlyThe consumer did in fact speak with a company by the name of Central Credit Services, whom she made the payment arrangement withThe consumer's payment was posted on 03/13/and according to the company there were no notations about when the deletion was promised; however, the company did advise me that they submitted a credit deletion on 03/18/via E-Oscar at 10:26amAny credit deletions submitted due to a consumer making a payment are done as a courtesy as opposed to merely updating their credit report to reflect settled for less than the full balance or paid in full, dependent on their payment and arrangement The consumer also stated that she would like this credit reporting to be deleted within business days, the exact amount of days that a deletion takes can not be solidified by any company, since it is dependent on the credit bureau companies and their availability for completion of the deletion taskA submission was not completed until 03/18/15, due to the fact that there are a minimum of days that have to be given in order to confirm payment is validOnce this wait time is completed, then the submission is requested, which in this case it wasThe consumer's AUD# is [redacted] , had the consumer contacted the company she made the arrangement with the day after 03/17/15, they would have had an AUD# in order to give to herAs a courtesy, [redacted] , Director of Client Services attempted contact times to the consumer in order to advise her of the AUD# and when the deletion was submittedOnce on 04/20/at approximately 4:15pm PST and again today - 04/21/at 1:03pm PST and both times a message was leftAgain, it should be reiterated that this complaint should not have been directed to Link Revenue Resources, LLC; but, with the company the consumer actually made arrangements with and agreements for the credit deletion, they are the company that did the credit reporting and the entity that handled her account(s).Any further questions, the consumer can contact the following person: [redacted] Director, Client Services [redacted] Ext***or via email at: [redacted] Thank you

The consumer's payment was posted on 03/13/15 and according to the company there were no notations about when the deletion was promised; however, the company did advise me that they submitted a credit deletion on 03/18/15 via E-Oscar at 10:26am. Any credit deletions submitted due to a consumer making a payment are done as a courtesy as opposed to merely updating their credit report to reflect settled for less than the full balance or paid in full, dependent on their payment and arrangement.  The consumer also stated that she would like this credit reporting to be deleted within 14 business days, the exact amount of days that a deletion takes can not be solidified by any company, since it is dependent on the credit bureau companies and their availability for completion of the deletion task. A submission was not completed until 03/18/15, due to the fact that there are a minimum of 5 days that have to be given in order to confirm payment is valid. Once this wait time is completed, then the submission is requested, which in this case it was.
