Very baffle as well as appalled to discover at our event having on hand Item # 981653 two of the Jack Link's Beef Steak, Peppered, 1 Oz, Pack Of 12 multi package the odor was quite alarming and appearance not the same as in the past
Just to think we were about too add the new sausage links and bacon to our menu luckily we had not as of yet .
Wanted to ask and know why after mailing the labels and letter we had no response? Is there a USDA recall on product or did we just get a bad batch over 5 weeks and no acknowledgement of any sort to letter :

We have attempted to reach Mr. on 3 separate occasions leaving voicemail messages, one on 3/14, one on 3/15, and one 3/18 and emailed him on the 18th using the email address included on the Revdex.com information.
