At this time, I have been contacted directly by Logicworks regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint...

has NOT been resolved because:  representatives that called did not mention the complaint.  Called repeatedly harassing and threatening action for payment.  Called 6-10 times consecutively within a ten minute time-frame to the point that I shut my phone off to stop the harassment.

Review: company agreed to reduce credit card interest rates for a fee of $ 798. After they got my information on the credit cards and on my banking account to draft out payment of fee, I was unable to reach the representative I spoke to and made agreement with. He said he got two of my credits cards interest reduced and would finish the others by scheduled phone appointment on a following day. He never called me and when I tried to reach him he would not return calls and after speaking to another representative who contradicted what the original rep had told me, I decided this was not good. Checked out on internet when I went to my bank and bank service person advised to cancel checks which I did. After calling the two credit cards which were supposed to have been reduced, I found out that no one from Logic Works had called them nor had the called any of the other cards to address the reduction of interest rates. However the once Chase card had been closed, do to suspicious inquiries. This was the card that I had been told was reduced to 2% interest. I had to get all my cards changed and had to close my bank account as well.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to be censored or lose their license so that they cannot do business any longer. I am not the only one that they have taken advantage of and lied to.

Review: They called and told me I qualified for a lower APR on my credit cards. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone and they contacted BofA and lied to themabout why I needed a lower APR. They said I had to do iimprovement's to my home due to a illness. They then got my routing number and said the would be charging 3 payments of $266.00. I contacted the bank and nothing had beed approved. I called the company and told them I wanted to cancel my bank withdrawal's and the said no and if I stopped payment they would turn me over to collections. I was in the hospital but he committed fraud which is on tape with BofA stating I had to do all of the upgrades to my home. I am not the only person they have scammed. I can't afford to send them $778.00 dollars. I have also reported this to the Attorney Generals office. Please help me they are trying to withdrawal $266.00 0n the[redacted].Desired Settlement: I want them to stop calling and not collect for what they didn't due.I just wantto not pay for services not renrendered. Thank You[redacted]

Review: On June **, 2014, I was contacted by this company with the guarantee that they could lower my interest rate, checked my credit history, and that I qualified for 0% interest since I had been on time with my credit card bills. I first spoke with [redacted], then [redacted], and then [redacted], then back to [redacted] to set this up. However, [redacted] conference called with my CC companies and coached me as to what to say to reduce the interest, which closed the accounts. I was initially told that since they GUARANTEED that I qualified for the 0% interest due to my credit that the fee was 266.00 a month for 3 months to total 788.00. Then I received a call from Discover card stating that I had applied for a credit card but that I did not qualify for the 0% and that the amount of the credit card was only 1000.00 which is not enough to combine the three credit cards that I had provided information on. I was then sent information in the mail from Capital One Credit card that they needed more information for the application that I had filed, which I had not. I contacted them and reported that it was a fraudulent application. I was also informed by [redacted] that I would receive information about this transaction with Logicworks in the mail, which I have not at this time. I have contacted the bank to be on the look out for anything in this amount, and will be closing that account. I have called the numbers that were provided, and waiting for a return call. This is a scam! I fell for this since they had information which they evidently retrieved from my credit history.Desired Settlement: I want any transactions stopped. The fees that they have charged need to be stopped. The monthly fee of 266.00 for three months to total 788.00 stopped. If any threat of placing me in collections for this amount needs to be stopped, and reported as a fraudulent transaction as well as the company placed on alert that I will seek legal actions including contacting the attorney general in New York where this company is supposed to be.

Review: They claim they are going to lower your interest rate on your credit card have some of your information such as balances and so forth. They don't identify themselves so they take advance and you thing they are the credit card company. Then they coach you what to say in there proums. They transfered me to several people who got offended if you ask their name. They supposedly called citi card to lower my interest rate as my financial advisor and this point I should have hung up. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he stated you agreed to our terms and either way you are going to be charged the full fee of $798 because otherwise you have waste our time. They have all my information SSN address date of birth state of birth. Since they weren't able to lower my edge they opened another card with capital one at a lower interest. That was not what they claimed if they couldn't lower your rate they wouldn't charge you. Basically they charged me $798 to open a new credit card to transfer that balance once I have the card. I should have hung up before they asked all those questions. When I told them how upset I was with the their service they we like you agreed to. I'm agreed they will report me to a collection agency if I refuse to pay. The first payment is 9-**-13 from an automaticpayment. From my checking account. I can't believe I fell for it. I have called all my card cards and informed them of the situation and requested new accounts.Desired Settlement: I would like to avoid their charges because the didn't provide me with the lower interest rate on the same card as they stated the would do. They just opened an new credit card hurting my score further. I checked my bank account and they have not attempted payment yet but the fist of three payments would be 9-** 10-** 11-** of this year for a total of $798.
