I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment in my entire life. The manager threatened to end my lease and verbally yelled at me and would not leave my apartment because I complained about my apartment and asked them to fix it. I am paying $1500+ a month for a crappy fully furnished apartment that is an executive suite, which means they are supposed to provide me with cleaning services weekly.Upon moving in, I put in several maintenance requests because the TV didn't work, lamps were broken, and the dryer was broken. It took 3 weeks for them to address my complaints and then the manger said I was lying and nothing was broken in the first place after they already fixed it and I couldn't prove it. Every time I went into the leasing office to bring up a complaint, several of the leasing professionals would gather around, talk down to me, put the blame on other people and no one once apologized or offered to fix it for me.
