Review: My husband contacted Link's to get our bathroom fan installed. Link's had a contractor that works with them, Ray B[redacted], contact me and he came over and looked at our bathroom and attic. He agreed to do the job, gave us a price of $200 and my husband later called and set up a time for the work to be completed. Mr. B[redacted] did not show up and did not answer his phone or have his answering service set up on his phone so we could leave a message. After a couple weeks, my husband called Link's and explained what happened. They said they would contact Mr. B[redacted] and get back to us. They have not done so.Desired Settlement: Given what happened, I am not certain Mr. B[redacted] is a reliable contractor, so I would prefer that he not be the one to do the job. I would like Link's to provide a contractor, as they originally were supposed to, to complete the job.

Review: On 07/30/2012 I had hail damage, [redacted] from links gave an estimate, then did most of the work, at one point he said they would have to wait until the spring of 2013 to return , I agreed,, they have not retuned as of now 6/17/2014. they will not return my calls, they will not complete the repairs they said they would total 700.-900. dollars of work not done !Desired Settlement: fix the original agreed on damage and extra's we agreed on!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: Links Contracting replaced our roof, gutters, siding, facia and other items as a result of 2011 hail damage. We recently had additional insulation added to the attic at which time it was discovered the bath fan roof vent was never installed. The roof was scrapped and shingled without venting. As a result the fan is venting directly into the attic causing moisture concerns. Links has not returned the phone message I left.Desired Settlement: Ventilation needs to be completed asap before summer attic heat builds and mold forms.
