I have received a complaint from the Revdex.com regarding the handling of your insurance coverage While I can understand your frustration with the process, you have to understand ours as well When your policies were first secured that were based on information that was given to us regarding your operation, apparently there was a disconnect on what property coverage that you needed and the estimated payroll used for the Workers Compensation policyFrom all that I can get from our file, those discrepancies have now been completely resolved with the reclassification and reduction of the salaries fixing the Workers Compensation policy, and the elimination of 80% of the property that we originally covered on your Package policy as per the applications that you signed on May 13, Unfortunately, the insurance companies that issued these policies and the premium finance company that you borrowed the money from in order to pay for them, require payment or they will cancel the coverage That there was a delay in obtaining the changes is not a valid reason not to pay those obligationsYour Workers Compensation policy is current, the Package policy has been cancelled due to non-payment of premium In order to get the coverage back into effect, we need the attached form signed, dated and returned to my attention and you need to make a payment to the bank in the amount of $1,as requested multiple times by our office and by the lending institution as wellWithout the payment to the finance company and the return of the form to my attention, your coverage will not be reinstated and that is completely out of our controlI am sorry that you may not have originally understood, or that we did not explain more carefully, the billing and payment requirements in the obtaining of this insurance, but these last two items will bring your policy back into full force and effectYour amended Workers Compensation coverage has an annual premium of $2,which you pay directly to the insurance companyYour amended Package Policy cost for the year ending 5/23/is $8,plus interest and late fees and as of December 1, the unpaid balance on the finance agreement is $2, Once the payment is received and the insurance company reinstates the policy, you will have three (3) more payments (January, February and March) the amount of which will be dependent on the timing of your payments as there is an interest amount that has to be factored into the repayment of this loanI have copied the Revdex.com so they have a record of our response to your complaint and trust that this billing adjustment has now been addressed, and the completion of the No Known Loss Form will allow the policy to be put back into effectIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact my office
