I spoke with an agent on phone and made my payment via my debit card. The agent also emailed a receipt of payment, however they cancelled my car insurance due to non payment.

Other (requires explanation) I want my full coverage car insurance reinstated as date cancelled. I have my receipt and bank statement account of payment.
This policy was cancelled for underwriting reasons due to the failure of the consumers agent to provide all requisite documentation. We have now received this information and the policy has been reinstated and the consumer has been advised of same. This policy was never cancelled for non-payment.
