Review: I ordered a product from Biolife energy systems solution (linkup media is the parent company) in may 2014. Weeks passed and no delivery. I called to find out whats the issue multiple times and I was told it was a back order and they will rush it to me. After a month passed & I didnt receive it, I called and spoke to [redacted] to have the charges refunded to my card ( I spoke with a [redacted] multiple times), [redacted] assured me multiple times that I would be refunded my money. I still have not been refunded my money, I spoke to a [redacted] ([redacted]) on 7/**/14 and she said I will be refunded by the next day. That hasnt happened either. the number I called was ###-###-####. The way they deal with customers is horrendous. All I want is the money I was charged for a product I never got ...Desired Settlement: I want my debit card refunded the amount I was charged from this terrible company

Review: Good morning.

My name is [redacted] and I recently joined your credit repair program. I am requesting a refund and would like to cancel my membership.

The reasons are as follows: I agreed to pay $99 to join, I was then called back and told to pay $299 for legal fees to clear up a public record. My card has been charged almost $800 on 9/**. My card was charged this amount before I could even read the email sent by you. Even then the email does not detail the charges.

I have received numerous solicitor phone calls from this company since then. These calls are harassing during my hours of work. There have been as many as 20 calls in one day during work. The most recent call went like this : I have been called by the company placed on hold and when your company comes on the line they ask me "How can I help you?" I explained that it was them who had called me, I was placed on hold again. I woman comes on the line and reprimands me for not answering the calls from them. I tried to explain to her that they were calling me at a very inconvenient time during my work hours. She continued to reprimand me and talk over me. I have also received a call to consolidate a credit card debt, I explained to the lady I am currently using that card and I asked her if I could still use it after consolidation she said she didn't know but that she would transfer me to someone who could answer that question. I then spent 10 minutes trying to explain to the new person I was not interested in that option since it clearly meant closing that account.

It seems to me your staff is not knowledgeable about these details. I would like to get a refund and cancel this membership.
