Amazing service with this company, the few problems I did encounter the company quickly fixedService is better than my previous TV service and my bill as the sales person quoted was significantly lowerOver all I would definitely recommend Linkzone over other retailers
The installer showed up on time and didn't mind all of my questions
A salesman stopped on July and said Direct tv has channels of Chinese programming, I receive channels from Dish networkI turned on the tv and he went through all channels and said they would be part of Direct tvHe named some channels that would also be in in HDI signed up for the 132channelsAfter he left I wanted to find about the new channels and went to Direct tv on the internetThey only have channels of Chinese programmingI don't see how they could get channels out of channelsThe salesman told me at least times this would be channels of Chinese programmingI called Thursday evening and three times on Friday during business hours and only got answering machineI stated I did not want their business and canceled my orderI asked them to call me back but they won'tSomeone showed up Sunday to install new dish but we were not hereAll the salesman did was lie to me to get my business
I was at home on a Saturday afternoonI saw a nice, yound, gentleman pull into my driveway with a chevy sedanWhen he stepped out I saw he was dressed in a suit and tie with DIRECTV embroideryI was confused as to why he was here because I had DISH NETWORKHe spoke to me about DIRECTV and what they could offer for a significantly cheaper priceI was pretty skeptical, but couldn't pass up such a great offerThey installed me that afternoon, gave me their GENIE and showed me how to use it very wellI have called a couple times for guidance on how to operate things and the sales representative always takes great care of meGREAT COMPANY

We purchased a package with Linkzone for directTV and Time Warner cable for a agreed price. They have not provided what was promised and will NOT return our calls.
