Linn Building Maintenance, Inc.

My Company has been a long time customer of Linn Building Maintenance and were using them as a general cleaning service provider we asked that they mop the floors twice a week, wipe down tables and surfaces weekly, take the trash out, and clean the restrooms weekly, clean some windows, very minimal work in my opinion. I was told on several occasions that the work they were doing was lacking... There were many times that half of the items requested to be done were not done at all weekly. The workers did not like to follow the rules of the plant and were not motivated at all. (Who knows maybe they are paid so horribly they could not care less about the quality of their work). In all, we were charged $591.39 montlhy for these lacking services and have such because of this ended our services with them.
