11-15-17 Revdex.comDispute Resolution Department*** ** *** *** ***StLouis, MO 63102 Dear Sirs,On behalf of Linnemann Lawn Care & Landscaping, I am responding to Complaint ID# *** from *** & *** *** at *** *** **Waterloo, IL On 8/21/17, The ***’s contacted Linnemann Lawn Care via online quote request for pricing on lawn mowing and tree workUnfortunately, we could not help them with the tree work and referred them elsewhere but *** was able to get them pricing on MowingThe online request did ask about one or two mows along with the tree service*** quoted them a price of $per cut and contacted the mowing supervisor right away because The ***’s wanted it done quicklyAll contact thus far has been by emailThe ***’s prepaid $for one cut, which is not unusual for our client’s to do so, and it was recorded in their account, but was not applied at the time of invoicingThe ***’s were accidently added on to our weekly mowing route list which then caused the dilemma on 8/31/17, of the team coming to mow a second timeOur crew verified that the client came out to stop them and explained the situation*** verified this via email and removed The ***’s from the weekly listUnfortunately, the charge was generated in the computer and the invoice was sent out before the error was caughtWhen the error was brought to our attention, it was corrected and the account creditedThis was a series of unfortunate events and miscommunications between all partiesI believe this incident could have been avoided easily without getting to this level and was in no way an intentional act of deceit or deceptionPlease let us know if any other actions are necessary to resolve this matterThank you for your time, *** *** Office Coordinator Linnemann Lawn Care & Landscap

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI think Linnemann should listen to their customers' requests and pay attention to errors in their billingThis billing problem/their error was brought up to them x on the phone and through many, many emails and all were ignored until we requested the Revdex.com get involved. BTW, we did NOT rush Linnemann to cut the grass on Aug24thOnce we paid online, they cut the grass. Thanks for your help!
