I called the Linon customer service number in my assembly book for help. a recorded message said someone would get back to me in 3 days! that was mid last week & still no call. I would have rated there service as no stars but then it would look like I forgot to rate them.

The missing part has been shipped yesterday to the customer.That should resolve the incident.Thanks George

The customer bought this item from a *** store that is now closed The item was on closeout The Customer Service staff of Linon explained to the customer that this was a closed out item and we did not have it any longer No guarantees were ever made to the customer
After reviewing the pictures we concluded that the item shows wear and tear For that reason we have closed out this case and cannot replace the item purchased. Thanks George S*Linon Home Decor

They claim to have different leg colors for this item *** the same chair shows only one type of leg style with one type of paint color They have not apologized for their mistake D- Revdex.com rating is being generous.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:That is not quite true I attempted to remedy this mess with the company as I only needed a replacement part Assuming that would be EASY, I'd already disposed of the box After several go rounds about my address, item number, all of which was provided in my original email, another days went by without response, and then another week after claiming versions and asking which I wanted (told them I only found one version on the chair, so that is the one I needed, I reported this company to *** On Friday of last week, ***, someone finally responded that replacement leg would be sent, (still waiting), after 1st claiming there are different legs for chair, which *** item thoroughly disputes *** has agreed to send a replacement, not through any CUSTOMER service from this company

The customer received the part they were requesting on 2-and are satisfied with it The rubber parts were pre installed so there would be no problems. Thank You George S*Linon Home Decor

We were first told of this complaint on an email from the customer on Saturday.    A replacement mirror has already been sent  to the customer.   His issue appears to be with Amazon Customer Service ho he tried to contact. Thanks  George S[redacted]Linon Home Decor
