Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The tone of the response is the main reason for the Revdex.com complaintFirst off THE CUSTOMER was not told any specifics at all when the customer calledTHE CUSTOMER was told it should be there before Christmas but no ship dates were providedAdditionally according to their website an email would be sent when item shipped and none was providednor any tracking or shipping information.Secondly THE CUSTOMER stated that the corner of the mirror was cracked as well when item was received however I do not see any mention of this being shippedSo I assume that it will not be replaced.Something this precious to my niece should have been a simple and enjoyable experiencePurchase the item, receive the item and assemble the itemI work in logistics I know how things can happen however knowing this we work very hard to rectify any errors on the freight companies part and ensure OUR CUSTOMERS do not have to suffer due to others negligenceWhile there will always be individuals that take advantage of this policy it remains in place to satisfy all that require assistanceThus insuring that our customers feel that they are the reason we are in business.Realize that the Revdex.com will consider this closed but the missing mirror and the lack of any concern on customer satisfaction is my main reason for not endorsing the solution and marking this resolution as unsatisfactory In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Good Afternoon, I recently spoke to [redacted] in regards to his Revdex.com complaintAfter reviewing the complaint I noticed the date on the complaint was May *** [redacted] stated him it took him several days to reach a customer service repAfter checking into his order [redacted] in SAP we came to the conclusion he spoke with a repon the [redacted] of MayHe was able to reach a rep within hours of opening the package and seeing an issueHe was able to provide me with information stating he spoke to a repseveral times to get this issue resolvedHe stated he never heard back from anyoneHe could not provide any names of anyone he spoke withHe stated in his complaint his item had shipped to Georgia but the original order that was placed on 5/ [redacted] was placed to be delivered to his address in Greenville, SCThe order never went out because it was not in stock at that timeWe are still trying to understand where the delivery to Georgia came from because there has never been any tracking available for this order or under the name [redacted] It never shipped because it was not in stockThis issue is getting resolvedAfter speaking to [redacted] , whom did not seem upset at all during our conversation is willing to wait for us to do a pull from stock out of San Bernardino and ship a new top to himHe was advised that this process can take up to weeks and he agreed Ann CGeorge S [redacted] Linon Home Decor Products Tell us why here
