*** was not the person that let our technician into the residence; it was Ms***s’ sonThe time of arrival was at 8:AM, not 8:57.2) Upon entry into the residence, our technician removed his shoes, and vacuumed the excessive cat hair from the equipment room and car top along with the pit area.3) The technician proceeded to clean and grease all sheaves and railsUpon finishing, he rode the elevator down to the bottom floor where he was met by Ms***, the ownerShe asked the tech to advise her on the use of the emergency key used to free entrapped passengersThe tech then walked up the stairs with Ms*** to show her how to open the hoistway door with the key.4) The tech then gave Ms*** the invoice to be paidShe was very aggressive about the totalShe was told about the prices prior to the call for the invoice.5) The service was performed on Tuesday, March 28, before noonThe customer called for repair on Sunday April 2, at 2:PM, which was days laterThe tech informed her it was double time on a Sunday; she then said she would call Monday.6) Monday April 3, Ms*** called and complained that the elevator was downShe was informed that it would be an additional chargeShe became very obnoxious making unnecessary remarks.7) On Arpil 5, when I returned to the office, I called Ms*** after I talked to the tech about the jobI tried to reason with her about the extra charge if we would come outI explained about the procedure to open the door and she became offensiveAt this time I assumed she only wanted to get a free service callI told her I need time to get to the bottom of this situation.8) Lins Elevator has been in business since And this is only the 2nd time in years we have had a complaint filed against usThe other complaint was dropped for a misunderstanding.9) My Name is Delbert B*** and I own 100% of Lins Elevator Service, IncComplaints like this are really upsettingI only hope that people like Ms*** learn to be nicer to people and not try to take advantage of themAbove all, not to stretch the truth and stick to the facts.10) Lins Elevator Service uses GPS for all mileage and time chargesWe also inform customers of the prices before we agree to service their equipment.11) In response to the elevator being ‘down’, if indeed it was, the elevator is controlled in part by electronics which can be reset by rebooting to correct any malfunctions.Sincerely,Delbert *B***President

Submitted 4-19-17To Whom It May Concern:1) Travel time is not only based on mileage, but traffic and weather conditionsThe technician involved is an honest and beyond reproach individual and employee.2) Same reference on technician’s honesty, which is beyond questionHe had Ms*** sign his time ticket for accuracy BEFORE she wrote the check for the service.3) The technician rode the elevator down to the bottom floor where he met with Christie M***, they then walked up the stairs with her, to demonstrate the use of the emergency release keyAt that point the technician did not touch any part of the elevator which was witnessed by Ms*** being present.? 4) As far as insulting or calling any customer names, is incomprehensible? Lins Elevator Service has a long list of satisfied customers, and has been in business for over years which can be substantiated easily.Sincerely,Delbert *B***President

This was unable to be remedied without a further house call? The company refused to remedy their mistake? I paid another company to remedy directly caused by ? Lens.UNADDRESSED FIRST This business is miles away via mapquest, drive time taking minutesI was charged for minutes drive time each way, a padding of the bill? SECOND It is IRRELEVANT whether my son or I gave the technician access? We both can tell time? The technician arrived at my home at 8:57, leaving at 10:yet charged me for hours of on site workAn overcharge of minutes in time.? UNADDRESSED THIRD ? After the technician left, the elevator was not functioningAfter almost a week of mistreatment and unreturned phone calls, I had ? off-duty *** elevator representative service the elevatorHe informed me that the power was turned off to the louvered doorThis button can only be accessed by accessing the empty Elevator shaftThen, lying on the floor and reaching down the open shaft to turn the power button on or offLens Elevator Service, Inc.'s "best technician" caused my elevator to not functionHe actually turned the motorized door offThen the company refused to send anyone out to investigate.UNNECCESSARY FOURTH insulting me and calling me names does not have anything to do with their negligence.?

I was charged for 30 minutes drive time each way, a padding of the bill.  SECOND It is IRRELEVANT whether my son or I gave the technician access.  We both can tell time.   The technician arrived at my home at 8:57, leaving at 10:02 yet charged me for 1.5 hours of on site work. An overcharge of 30 minutes in time. UNADDRESSED THIRD  After the technician left, the elevator was not functioning. After almost a week of mistreatment and unreturned phone calls, I had  off-duty [redacted] elevator representative service the elevator. He informed me that the power was turned off to the louvered door. This button can only be accessed by accessing the empty Elevator shaft. Then, lying on the floor and reaching down the open shaft to turn the power button on or off. Lens Elevator Service, Inc.'s "best technician" caused my elevator to not function. He actually turned the motorized door off. Then the company refused to send anyone out to investigate.UNNECCESSARY FOURTH insulting me and calling me names does not have anything to do with their negligence.

Upon finishing, he rode the elevator down to the bottom floor where he was met by Ms. [redacted], the owner. She asked the tech to advise her on the use of the emergency key used to free entrapped passengers.
