01/4/2017In response to [redacted] 's complaint: [redacted] was previously told she would need to call her insurance company over this matterLinsey Eyecare did not make her eyeglasses.They were made by her insurance company,***.Her insurance company did notify us that they had a no cancellation policy especially since they did already remake her glasses for her one time.The disputed money was collected by us and passed on to her insurance company.Any issues with the quality of the eyeglasses or any refunded money would need to be taken up with her insurance company.Sincerely,Denise S., Office Manager

November 12th, 2015Dear ***,The eyeglasses to which *** *** is referring were actually purchased on 12/26/*** *** was directed towards frames that were completely covered by his insurance companyHe chose from our selection where the warranty is not includedHe didn't choose a
frame from his insurance company's selection since that selection is very small and limited.When *** *** broke his frame we did make a change in our policy and allow him to purchase the warranty at that timeWe are sorry that his frame broke again and we will again allow him to replace the recently broken frame at no charge to himHe can contact our office and ask for Denise.Sincerely,Denise S.Practice Manager

to pick yellow tagsWe did make amistake in stating that she could pick a red tag fgrame,unfortunately that plan is very strick with there benfits and wewere unable to get that frame for herIf there had been a way forus to get that specific frame for her I would have but we couldnot.I issued a refund for the $that she paid bnd appoligized forour errorI also told her she could call her insurance companyherself to see if they were able to make an exception for her butshe didnt want to be bothered.Thank You, Denise S*Office Manager

Review: I was working with a sales associate who understood my need to keep cost down to purchase glasses. I was asked if I wanted a type of lens that kept the glare off when working on the computer. I asked for the additional cost, and I was quoted about a 20 dollar difference. She then shared that that it would take about a week to get in. I payed for the glasses thinking I was only paying 20 dollars. When I compared the price to my husband's glasses after the fact, I realized the price difference was much more. I called and spoke to a salesperson and she explained that this was due to getting a kind of plastic lens. I said I was not told about this price difference and did not ask for this. She shared that there is no refund. I asked to speak to a manager who I was told would not be in until Tuesday. I received a voice mail from the manager stating that there would be no refund. I called her back that evening and left a message that this was unfair, and I would like to talk with her. She never returned my phone call. I thought I was getting regular lenses with a coating to reduce glare for about a 20 dollar difference. My bill was much more.
