To this date we still have not received the title for your trade-in vehicle. We will issue a letter to the credit bureau’s acknowledging that the errors were on our part and not on the customers. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, especially if anyone seemed rude to you while checking on this issue. We will contact the lien holder to confirm that they have received the check and if there are any additional monies owed for late fees. If you have paid late fees to them directly, we will reimburse you.
