accept returns within 30 days of the customer receiving the merchandise. However, we made an exception for this customer because she did prove that she tried contacting our customer service department in a timely manner. We promptly sent the customer a call tag on 09/15 for her to send them back for a full refund. As soon as we receive the returned items we will process the credit.

If she wants to return the order before 08/20/15, we would be happy to send her a prepaid [redacted] label & issue her a refund for the merchandise once we receive it. However, we cannot be held responsible and/or compensate her for promises she made to her own customer. Our customer service manager was on her lunch break at the time of her call & the customer stated she would call back in an hour but never did.

As the customer stated in her complaint, they entered the wrong address online to ship their order to. UPS shows that they did deliver the shirts to the address that was provided, which is why they refuse to take responsibility for replacing the...

shirts. The reason we filed a claim with UPS, even though they did nothing wrong, was to see if they could at least get the package back from the neighbor that they were delivered to. However, they were not able to retrieve the shirts because the neighbor denied ever receiving them. Even though we did our part and shipped the shirts to the exact address provided, we will go ahead and refund 50% of the cost of the shirts as a one time courtesy.

04/12, which was 2 business days. [redacted] does not count weekends or holidays as business days, as stated in our policies on the website. His order shipped exactly as requested so we cannot credit back any of his shipping costs. However, We would be happy to offer the customer a $10 off coupon code that could be used on a future order of $50 or more. He just needs to call our customer service department at 800-332-6576 and reference order# [redacted], and the customer service rep can give him the coupon code.
