They get it totally right for their customers We got quotes from body shops for dent removal and paint Even though they were the most distant from my home I went with Linton Paint and Body for the following reasons: 1: They were the only one with a Revdex.com affiliation and had an A+ rating 2: They had some very positive reviews on Yelp 3: Their office was well-run by [redacted] ***, the ownerâ s wifeTheir line-item quote was clear and specific 4: Their price was pretty much the same as two others (and the 4th place (the cheapest) was dirty, disorganized, and doing painting open to the unpaved parking lot afraid of wind-blown dust marring the paint.) Also only wanted to do a single application of paint 5: ***, the owner at Linton Paint and Body, took time to explain the differences in quality of paint and numbers of coatings in peopleâ s quotes and cautioned against an inexpensive single applicationHe warranted his paint for as long we own the car The job was completed the day it was promisedDents were gonePaint was perfectly matched to the rest of the carThat was what we contracted for and thatâ s what we gotBut hereâ s what I think makes these guys a cut above other shops: â ¢ They removed years of accumulated discoloration on the headlight lenses, recoating them and restoring them to like new condition at no charge â ¢ [redacted] felt the front bumper didnâ t look the way it should, so he completely refinished it â ¦ at no charge â ¢ The wheels were completely cleaned including the brake surfaces, and the tires shined to gleaming â ¦ at no charge â ¢ The interior of the car which was somewhat grubby when we brought it in was fully detailed leather treated and immaculate â ¦ at no charge At pick-up, [redacted] went out of his way to be sure we were totally happyThis review is the best way I know how to show that we wereYou can satisfy a customer by doing what you said you would when you said you would and at the right priceBut once youâ ve done that, you can DELIGHT a customer by doing unexpected things that add valueThat seems to be the way [redacted] and [redacted] operate

After spending a great amount of time searching for a place to fix a bunch of scratches on my newly purchased 2013 ATS, I chose Linton Paint and Body mainly for the customer reviews. I was very nervous and worried about how it would go. As it turned out, they were very friendly, professional and put my fears to rest. it's a family owned business that clearly wants to please it's customers, and they did! When I picked up the car, the paint job was outstanding and the car was detailed inside and out. It felt better than a brand new car. I give the highest recommendation possible.

I backed into a tree and ripped the bumper off my 2010 Toyota Prius. I was quoted by 2 other shops that it would be $2500 to fix. Then I stumbled upon these guys. I walked in, told them what happened, they walked right out to my car and gave me a quote right on the spot. Then I walked in and the price matched the quote ($550). I didn't even hesitate for a second, I told them to do it. Within 5 minutes Enterprise Rent A Car pulled up to put me in a rental. They were extremely friendly as well and I had my $20 rental in 4 minutes. So on that very sketchy day I ended up still making it home from work before 5PM. A day and a half later I called to see how my baby was doing. They told me it would be done by the time I got off work (4PM). So I took the rental back and immediately got taken over to the shop and my car was sitting there, looking better than new. I was expecting a small crack by the headlight because they weren't sure if it could be fixed, But even with the hood open I could not find it. Everything I thought that may not come out perfect, ended up coming out perfect. (And I still made it home before 5PM) The customer service was outstanding. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and easy to deal with. All of the service men were also friendly. These guys really treat you like family. And a [redacted] of a price. I'm really thankful that I stumbled upon this place. Made my problem go away so fast. Also the part I needed ended up being $50 cheaper and they lowered my price to $500, there's something to be said for honesty and super quick service. This is the only body shop I'll use and I recommend it to everybody!

Rarely do you find a company and its patrons as great as Linton Paint and Body. The story goes like this: I accidentally lowered my garage door and scratched the front fender of my GT Maserati. There were no dents, but really bad scratch marks. I couldn't believe I did this! So, I went onto Google & Yelp & searched for a body shop near my home. I noticed Linton Paint & Body as a potential place to fix the scratches. I called early before the shop opened and left a voice message. At 9am sharp [redacted] called and asked how the shop can be of assistance. I told her what I did and she suggested I bring the car in for examination & a quote.I brought the "baby" in and met the proprietor: [redacted]. He examined the damage & told me that it may cost around $600 and take a few days to fix. I wanted the car back ASAP fixed and agreed to have his team fix the fender.
I called Uber to give me a lift home. As I arrived home, [redacted] called me letting me know the car was ready to be picked up. The job was done. Well, I asked him if this was a joke? It had only been 15 minutes since I dropped the Maserati to have it serviced! He said he was serious,,, the car was fixed and ready!
I had Uber drive me back to the shop and the car was Perfect!!! [redacted], of course, was smiling,,,as was I.. So I asked him how he did it? It turned out I had a plastic film over the fender area to prevent from potential pebbles hitting it. Well, the film also protected the fender!! They simply removed a portion of the film! The car was in perfect condition... I looked at [redacted] and Katy, who all work at Linton Paint and Body & told them they could have billed me for $600 and held the car a few days and I would never had known the difference!!! Instead, [redacted] was honest and told me what had happened and to have a nice day! I was floored!! I offered to pay for the time he and his team looked over the car. But, [redacted] insisted no payment was due. Well, talk about making a friend and a partner in the Body Shop business!! [redacted] did it for me!

But once youâ??ve done that, you can DELIGHT a customer by doing unexpected things that add value. That seems to be the way [redacted] and [redacted] operate.
