Ms***'s complaint comes as a surprise*** *** is the Manager of our quick oil change facility and he spoke with Ms*** within the last week and was not informed of any issues with her vehicle or our dealership

*** did purchase a Chrysler from our dealership in October of and since her purchase she has returned for maintenance and/or repairs onceSee attached repair orderShe returned a few months later with a complaint of the vehicle running roughAt that time we test drove the vehicle with Ms*** and could not detect any problems with the vehicleWe offered to continue to test the vehicle at no charge as a courtesyAt that time we could not detect any problem with the vehicleWe feel that we have exhausted all avenues to satisfy Ms*** with no success
The warranty that Ms*** is referring to is the standard year or 100,mile warranty that is included on all Chrysler productsWe have verified with Ms*** that she has coverageThis information is freely available to every Chrysler Dealership when the warranty repairs would be performed
At this time we are unwilling to extend any further assistance to Ms***

Linwood Motors did not resolve any of the issues addressed in my complaintI received a phone call stating that they would get back to me and I never heard from them againMy side mirror is still scratched and I was supposed to have been called months ago to have it repaired since it happened while in Linwood's "over the weekend" possessionI am not satisfied in the least and nothing has been resolved
