I attempted to refund as stated in a previous email. I am not wasting any more time on this.I also advised Ms *** through email that we could not refund her credit card, we received numerous errors.I have not received anything from our Merchant service company regarding this matter as of today.As of yesterday we have not received the merchandise back from her. In all cases we require return of merchandise for a refund, I waived that requirement.Ms *** has been nothing but trouble attempting to help her and prefer she does take her business elsewhere, we have plenty of happy customers for years that appreciate our services. This will be my final response to this matter

This company printed labels for me and their statement clearly reads that a sample can be provided prior to printing, but when I requested the sample and agreed to the extra cost they refused to provide one for both of the two printingsThe set had the incorrect colors and in their attempt to correct that in the reprint they moved my lettering way out of line, left it like that and printed more labelsAs a stall, I believe, I was told to photograph everything and send their errors to them when they already had everything on fileAfter ignoring my responding email for five days they demanded I return their faulty labels and refused to pay for return shipping although this is all due to their errorsI have lost a month and a half of production time fussing about with this company's incompetence and now have to pay shipping and tracking charges in order to receive a refund

I purchased custom printed labels from this companyThey printed the wrong color the first round and then moved writing out of line in an attempt to correct it on the second round, printing more unprofessional labelsI was called difficult by the owner and ordered to send them evidence of their errors while they had everything on fileI was also forced to return the product at my own expenseThe owner lied to Revdex.com about the events that took place and lied twice more claiming I never returned their faulty product and that they attempted to refund me, but claimed my credit card account was closedI have a signature proof they received the return and there was nothing wrong with my credit cardThey had no trouble charging the card twiceI quickly turned around and ordered from CustomLabels4u, was treated with respect and received a professional set of labels for less cost with a quicker turnaroundThey were also able to process my original design with a picture, which Linx attempted and created so poorly I decided to edit it out of the labelTurns out it wasn't the fault of my design, but the incompetence of LinxI wish I had found the second company before wasting time and money dealing with LinxLesson learnedNot too painful

I sent a response on the same day it was originally received 10 days ago. The events that led up to this dispute by Ms [redacted]  are as follows from our customer service order management system: [redacted] Dispute: July 26th – Customer submitted quote request July 27th – Quote to...

Customer July 30th – Follow Up Email August 1st – Follow Up Email August 2nd – Customer approved quote and requested art proof ly 30th – Follow Up Email August 1st – Follow Up Email August 2nd – Customer approved quote and requested art proof August 3rd – Requested Art Proof from Art Dept August 3rd – Art Proof to Customer August 4th – Customer emailed new art file August 5th – Requested new Art Proof from Art Dept August 7th – New Art Proof to Customer -       Customer was not happy and requested us to change the text August 8th – 3rd Art Proof to Customer -       Customer was not happy and requested us to change the text August 8th – 3rd Art Proof to Customer August 8th – Customer approved and submitted payment info August 8th – Order sent to Production August 29th – Customer called and complained about the purple color on the labels ; I checked with Production and we ran ______________________________________________________________ Ms. [redacted] clearly did not want to cooperate with [redacted] in rectifying the situation. She was upset and decided she did not want to cooperate in getting the situation resolved.  Proceeding right to a credit card dispute is inappropriate and creates issues slowing down any response from us because we have to deal with the credit card merchant service company. Our terms of service clearly states that we do not offer refunds that we will complete the job to the customers satisfaction. In this case we decided it would be better to refund Ms [redacted] as she was difficult to deal with and fighting with her would not lead to a satisfactory conclusion for anyone. Last Monday I attempted to refund her credit card for the order amount and send her a FedEx shipping label.  We started this process even though we have not received the product back from her. I sent Ms [redacted] the label and she answered back that it was too late that she had already mailed back the labels.  As of 9.16.17 we have not received the labels back from her. Monday morning, I sent her an email advising her I attempted to refund the charged amount to her credit card but the account came up invalid indicating she canceled the card.  As of today, I have not had notice from our Merchant Service Company that there has been a dispute filed.  As of today, 9.30.17, I have not heard back from Ms [redacted] regarding our inability to refund her. We have not had contact with the customer for the past week nor have we received the product from her.

Unfortunately, [redacted] has chosen to lie the Revdex.com.1)   [redacted] did not attempt to refund my credit card. My credit card account has not been closed and they confirmed no attempt was made.2)   [redacted] never sent an email to me claiming he had issues refunding my account.3)   [redacted]'s company not only received my return, but they signed for it. I have proof from the post office as I knew not to trust [redacted] and I sent the return with a return receipt slip.Professional businesses don’t perform poor work with sloppy mistakes (twice) and then accuse the customer of being difficult when they won’t accept their poor product.[redacted] still has not addressed that his quote offers a product proof, yet he refused to provide a proof when requested (twice).I gave [redacted] an opportunity to refund my credit card, but when I saw his choice to be dishonest with Revdex.com, I submitted a dispute through my credit card account.An additional note to warn future potential customers: My first request to Linx corp had a picture in the logo design and when I saw the awful proof I assumed it was because my design was too complex and I removed my picture opting for text only. After the recent waste of my time and money dealing with Linx Corp I immediately took my business to CumstomLabels4U where they have not only been professional, extremely polite and highly skilled, but they were able to incorporate my picture design back into the logo with a quality product at less cost than the Linx product. I’m relieved I was forced to go elsewhere or I would never have known that Linx Corp was incompetent and lacking basic skills and that I didn’t have to compromise my design.
