In December I employed "Linx Legal Service" to help us end our contract with [redacted] My husband, [redacted] had been in the hospital from May 8, until September 14, (ICU for days) With this information I had gone to [redacted] and asked to be released from our contracts and they told me I didn't qualify To make a long story short, I employed Linx and for the next year they worked to have these contracts cancelled Contracts have been cancelled but only because of the diligence of the Linx staff Our final help in working things was a MsHolly C [redacted] and she did an excellent job in keeping the "ball" rolling until the final decision from [redacted] Thank God for their help in the outcome of this matter [redacted] did try and pull a "fast one" by putting a different name on the loans and notifying the credit bureau that we had an unsatisfactory payment record This caused our interest rate on our business credit card to go up and it will stay up until April Both my husband and myself have excellent credit
Linx Legal is a Timeshare cancellation/negotiation specialist They do what they claim, get you out of that nasty timeshare that is siphoning money away year after year In some case, it may even be possible that you recover some of the funds invested However, there are many nuances and variables involved, so no one can claim that this is possible; worst case scenario is that you get out of the timeshare which is the goal after all Linx is not a law firm, but they do have on retainer attorneys and paralegals who specialize in this area of law So if necessary, legal assistance is available that you do not have to find yourself In my case, a satisfactory result was obtained in very fast order and I got exactly the outcome I wanted I think Linx was even surprised at how fast the timeshare company rolled over when presented with my demands
