We can send him out again once he is back in townThe customer has not been left without TV service just needs to have one of their receivers swapped out once the tech she has requested is back in town we would be more then happy to send him back out

customer that HD was free when you sign up for autopay which the customer agreed she remembered the rep explained HD was free with autopay. He asked her about the complainant that was filed she claims she did not file the complainant but her daughter did and her only issue was she did not get HD.
