To Whom It May Concern,The sales representative who signed Deborah up with service was able to speak with the customer after many attempts to contact her to try and resolve the issueWhen the representative spoke with the customer her complainant was she did not get HDThe rep explained to the customer that HD was free when you sign up for autopay which the customer agreed she remembered the rep explained HD was free with autopayHe asked her about the complainant that was filed she claims she did not file the complainant but her daughter did and her only issue was she did not get HD
