[redacted] stole money from usHe took a Large deposit for pieces with 4" wood louvers, plantation shutters He claimed to have ordered them, gave me the order and receipt for the deposit, he supposedly measured twice He took my money, put in the one shutter after five months of excuses, claims it was for "adjustment purposes only", had my library woodwork surrounding that window set removed by my woodworker who was working in my home at the time, and it remains to this day all dismantled! Claims the rest of the windows would be ready to install in another two months! That was over a year ago [redacted] never ordered any of the other plantation shutters at all, and I do not think he ever intended too eitherThis man is a thief! Review: on 2/** 2014 I ordered custom Wood Plantation Shutters, to be measured, fabricated, supplied and installed in my home from [redacted]/ Lionel Interiors.This was to take approximately 8/10 weeks. I chose the wood finish color,blade size,style,trim,etc.The total order from from [redacted] was $8,508.00 plus $3,184.52. [redacted] received a deposit check for $4,500.00, made out to "Lionel Interiors" following the choosing of the style and details etc.and the completion of his taking templates and measurements on 4/**/2014. He cashed/deposited this check with [redacted], [redacted].I have copies of all these transactions. I can fax this to you.I kept calling and calling him,usually no response, or an excuse with his van. Finally he came over about two months later with one shutter for my 3 window set in the dining room.There were 19 shutters in total.My contractor was here at the time as well. He had him take down all my window moldings and columns in the Library so he could devise a way to install the shutters he said he ordered. This damage done for Lionel will cost about another $1500.00 to $2,000.00 to make whole again as my woodworking was destroyed so he could make this so called custom template.In the dining room, he installed one ill fitting shutter. It had a big hole cut in the side and looks awful . He claimed this was just for tweeking,so all the changes would be done on this one only?? Did not answer me when I asked about the rest of the shutters. He left this shutter in place, it is still there. It is unusable.Before he left he claimed it would be another few weeks.I called him 3 weeks later , no answer,I called again, no answer, his messages were full. Finally after about six weeks we took a ride there and found he had moved,no address forwarded.I was told he picks up his mail there by the beauty parlor lady next door. I did get his new address, but same phone number.He stole my money, caused us damage. He is a theif. Does not return calls. A crook.I have nothing!Desired Settlement: I want all my money returned to me in full,cash, from my deposit.I do not trust this thief.I want the shutter he placed in my dining room window,removed and payment for all damages,holes, repainting that will be left in my dining room window woodwork. I want payment for all the woodwork that had to be removed for him as he lied,so he could take an "template". Now that all needs to be made whole, completely redone and that costs money,I want that paid for too.
