Our Finance Director is in contact with this customer now about this issueI received the copy of the application signed by the consumer that was done in August I also made sure that was in the finance directors possession We are awaiting some information from Toyota and will respond when we get thatthank you

We apologize for the delay in responseWe had to retrieve the deal folder to review all paperwork signedThere is no paperwork of any kind detonating this vehicle as a certified vehicle or any forms or paperwork signed by the consumer saying suchWe also reviewed service records on this and it

We apologize for any misunderstanding caused by this warranty purchaseHowever there was no mistake madeThe vehicle purchased was sold a New Car Warranty because that is what we always do if the vehicle qualifies for itIt has to be less than years from date of original sale and under 36k
milesThis warranty is always a more comprehensive policy since it is the exact same coverage as we sell on a new vehicleIn addition it is less expensive to us and the consumerAll paperwork signed by the customer reflects the coverage provided by this warranty including the expiration date and milesThere was no error made on our part on the policy providedI just apologize for any confusion that may have occurred in relation to thisWe will contact this cuustomer to discuss furtherthank you

them and their lack of knowledge in repairing German cars, I elected to take the car to my mechanic who waived the diagnostic fee and fixed the wiring in the seat without charge. You can close this complaint although there was not a satisfactory response by the business. Regards, ***

the warranty Mr. [redacted] purchased and the warranty that we offer at no cost to customers on pre owned cars, did not cover the part that went out on his vehicle. We have offered to split the cost of the repair with Mr. [redacted] which he apparently refused. We will repair the part with a total...

cost to Mr. [redacted] of $500 if he would like us to. We will pay the rest. Please let us know how to proceed. thank you.
