I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because:First of all, the original issues were a loud sound from the air conditioner and the sun roof didn’t close after the test drive. Before we bought the car or signed the contract, you guys had kept the car to fix the sunroof and a/c noise We would not have signed the contract or taken the car had we known you did not fix the noise and actually made the problem worseWhen we took the car home, it was hesitating as soon as we got over 45mphWe immediately told *** said to bring it back that weekThe next morning, we took it to our mechanic to have him look over what was going onOur mechanic said that a code on the computer was reading that it was the cylinder number was missingWe paid him $to replace but The hesitation issue persistedWe were also told that an axle seal was leaking and there was a motor mount that was either bad or brokenWe took the car back to LionsAfter having the car for a few days, we were told that “everything was fixedEverything was good“ we also have this saved text messages from ***.We were told that one more bracket needed to be fixed on the air conditioner compressor.when we picked up the car, We were told to drive the car at least miles because something with the computer was resetThe air conditioner was still making a loud noiseAfter driving the car for miles, *** text *** several times and told him that the car was still having a problemIn one text, we asked to talk to the managerAfter a few days of not hearing back From ***, that’s when and why we left bad reviews onlineWithin minutes of posting the review, *** text meAt that point , we had already left it with our mechanic for a week to find the problemOur mechanic told us that the air conditioner compressor was being held on with zip ties and siliconeIf your mechanic supposedly fixed a broken bracket, he would have seen that.We felt like if your mechanic did things incorrectly and caused damage OR your mechanic saw the zip ties and silicone and didn’t do anything to repair ithow could we trust you with our car? That is why we were not comfortable with bringing the car to your mechanicAt this time, the car is with our mechanic again for the same hesitation issue We repaired the motor mount for $We paid our mechanic $to replace a coilWe were told that the air conditioner compressor mounting bolt which attaches somewhere on the oil pan is broken and stripped and now being held together with zip ties and silicone!!! It would take hours of labor to replace the oil pan with the stripped bolt that is attached to the AC compressor It is $per hour labor plus the partsWe still don’t know what’s causing the hesitationWe bought the car a month ago and have only had it in our possession about days. We would like our vehicle repaired by our mechanic and for Lions to pay for itLions said they were fixing an issue on the car before we ever signed the contractWe purchased the car after it was supposedly fixed by your mechanicIt was not fixed by your mechanicLions can speak directly with our mechanic for payment

we are willing to fix your car , so we are willing to take the car to a third party mechanic who is certified by the state of California , he will be able to fix the problem correctly and after the work done you can have it checked again by your mechanic , we work with few certified mechanic around that we have special rates on labor and parts .thanks *** *** owner

I would first like to say we have apologized to this customer for this situation several times. However we would like to advise what exactly had happened. This customer had purchased a vehicle form us a few months back, all of our paper work was complete and correct, the customer had...

even signed the papers and went over the information on each page. (All the paper work was correct)We had sent the paperwork to DMV and the registration was sent out to the customer.  However the DMV had made a mistake with the customers address. So when the customer had called us on several occasions we had told him that it was already previously sent out to him and we were not sure why he had not received it. After some time and more calls from  the customer we looked into it with the DMV and found the mistake they had made. It does take time to fix issues with registrations and we have worked with the DMV to correct the issues and the customers registration and Plates were sent to him. If you would like proof of the correction we do make copies and can provide them. Thank you for your time, please let us know if there is anything further we can do in this matter. ?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like Lions Auto to clarify that they are agreeing to repair the issue that is causing the hesitation, any broken motor mount and replace the air conditioning compressor and any parts it is currently being attached to improperly with zip ties and silicone, ie the oil pan. The hesitation, motor mount and air conditioner compressor issues are what Lions previously agreeed to repair but it was not done or done correctly. We will give you the opportunity to repair these issues at a certified mechanic. We will remove negative feedback and put the problem behind us once the vehicle is repaired properly. Thank you

we apologize for the situation that is the customer not happy , I would like to clear out some thing ,, the car has been sold as - is  and attached there is a documents signed by the customer . but even so we are not here to sell bad cars or to sell customers cars that had issue , he brought us...

the car one time to fix it , we told the customer to drive on the car about 200 miles and to let us know if the hesitation go away because we programed the tcm and and it need to be driven to know if it works out or not , the customer got the car and after a week or so he didn't called us back to tell us how is the car doing he starts writing review every where without even contacting us and ask us to fix his car . even is we sold the car as - is , we still respect that and wanted to fix the car for him the right way , but the customer saying on his complains that he don't trust us any more and he don't want us to fix the car for him because he gave us few chances to fix the car , how it is few chances if we got the car one time . we always try to do our best to keep our customer happy so we have no problem to fix his car ,, he can bring us the car for couple days and we should be able to take the car to a certified mechanic and have it repaired . and also I would like to know estimate repair cost from there own mechanics . thanks [redacted]
