Review: Hired Lions roofing to repair a flat roof on a commercial building. First red flag was when he showed up and had to borrow our ladder to get on the roof.Never finished what was promised. Windows and vents still leak. The polymer coating that was applied is now peeling off. Polymer coating was guaranteed for 7 years 6 months after being applied at least 10% has peeled off. Can no longer get [redacted] ([redacted]) on the phone. I get no responses from emails.Desired Settlement: Due to the shoddy work and what needs to be done to correct the problem plus all the aggravation, my company is looking for a full refund
