[customer] since our initial conversation in June of 2014.Re: Lease Agreement Rental IncomeThis complaint is without merit.  Lionsgate’s records show that [customer] was slow to provide his original executed lease agreement after final lease negotiations were completed. Lionsgate’s company policy, as is most oil and gas companies’, is to withhold funds until such documentation is furnished.  Our records further show that when Lionsgate finally received his original executed lease agreement, the company issued a check to [customer] on the same day for 100% of all funds. Additionally, [customer] deposited these funds into his Arkansas bank account within four (4) days of furnishing his original lease agreement.Re: 1099 RequestThis complaint is without merit.  On February 9, 2015, [customer] contacted Lionsgate to request 1099 documentation. On February 9, 2015, Lionsgate contacted its CPA and learned that [customer]’s 1099 had been sent to [customer] via USPS.  However, Lionsgate’s CPA furnished a second (2nd) physical copy via USPS and Lionsgate furnished a third (3rd) electronic copy to [customer] within 48 hours of [customer] contacting our offices.  Additionally, Lionsgate forwarded copies of electronic correspondence from our CPA, one of the most reputable accounting firms in Texas and who prepared [customer]'s 1099, to [customer].Re: Contact Information This complaint is without merit.  Our website domain, physical mailing address and telephone number have not changed since inception.ConclusionAs the owner of Lionsgate Petroleum, I do not appreciate being personally called a liar nor my company defamed. Such words are serious allegations in Texas.  My office has provided a written response within 24 hours of receiving notice from the Revdex.com. This information has been provided as expeditiously and openly as has been the correspondence between Lionsgate and this client. I personally enjoyed wor[redacted] with [customer] and his sister, and received a phone call than[redacted] me for my business from his sister after the transaction closed, which is why this complaint comes as such a surprise.Should any further information be requested by [customer], his attorney, or any other curious party loo[redacted] into this matter via the Revdex.com, Lionsgate is willing and able to provide electronic copies of all referenced correspondence, a timeline of the events involved, and cleared checks of from our financial institution.   Sincerely,[redacted]
