The Auto Outlet is a used vehicle sales lot in business for 15+ yearsWe have maintained an A+ rating with the Revdex.com since we opened, and enjoy many repeat customers who feel confident making multiple purchases from usAll vehicles sold by us are used, without warranty, unless the customer chooses to purchase an independent policyEach customer who purchases a vehicle from us signs forms attesting to the fact that they are purchasing a used vehicle without warrantyEach vehicle we sell has been safety inspected,and mechanical checks by an independent mechanic are encouragedOn Thursday Sep.28th, Ms [redacted] purchased an Yukon Denali from us for $plus fees and a GAP policyAfter business hours the next day, the vehicle broke down on the freewayMs [redacted] had the vehicle towed to an undisclosed locationOn Saturday morning, Ms [redacted] 's fiance called the Auto Outlet understandably upset, at which point Bob explained to him that the mechanics that we use are not open on the weekends, that he does not have the authority to remedy the problem, and that we would need to wait until Monday to diagnose the problemIt was stressed to him to not spend any money on the vehicle until it could be properly diagnosed.Describing himself as a mechanic, Ms [redacted] 's fiance chose to spend several hundred dollars trying to troubleshoot the problem before it could be diagnosedOn Monday he had it towed again this time to a repair shop.Before opening on Monday morning, at 9:40, the owner of the Auto Outlet attempted to call Ms [redacted] Shortly thereafter the fiance called back, and he and the owner discussed the situationMichael the owner stressed that Bob had their bests interests at heart by telling them to wait, and offered to contribute to the towing costs but would need to have the vehicle inspected by one of our mechanics before he would contribute to repair costs.Eventually the repair shop where the vehicle was towed called the fiance and explained that the vehicle broke down because of a fuel pump, which is a part that either works or doesn'tAlso, the parts that were replaced by him to the tune of $are parts that also work or they don't work
