[redacted] has been a customer of Lipari Pools for the past two years Over that time we have opened, closed and serviced her pool It is the policy of Lipari Pools that we leave all parts that were removed during the closing either in the filter pump basket or wherever the homeowner prefers We closed her pool in October of and left the appropriate parts in the filter pump basket [redacted] e-mailed me on May 3, in regard to the location of these parts As you can see from the attached e-mail chain (Attachment 1) I responded to her promptly as to their location On May 5, I personally stopped at her residence and located the parts in the filter pump basket and placed them on the table next to her pool I again e-mailed her as to their location and this can also be seen in the attached e-mail chain.Additionally, as to the closing of pool on October 24, we did not receive any payment prior to the work being completed as can be seen in the attached pool closing report and check (Attachment 2) In fact, [redacted] over payed by $ A refund check was promptly issued to her for this additional $on November 2, (Attachment 3).Finally, as additional proof that Lipari Pools does not receive payment before work, a service call on her pool heater was performed on September 5, A bill was left and payment was not received until October 13, along with an apology letter from [redacted] as to the tardiness of the payment and can be seen in Attachment I hope that the attached documents clearly indicate the chain of events that occurred and these accusations are rendered and this matter can be considered closedWe appreciate [redacted] 's business over the past two years and wish her nothing but the bestThank you,Anthony L***i

Review: My Pool was closed by this company in the fall 2014 while I was hospitalized.There are several parts missing including valve handles, the DE filter valve and the Meyco cover bag. I contacted the owner asking where the parts were, and asked specifically if he would send someone back to my pool to retrieve the items and he refused. I sent numerous emails asking for his help, and he refused. I have had the pool for 28 years and have never had a pool company lose any items, no less numerous necessary items. This company shows a flagrant disregard and disrespect for the property of his customers, although he demands payment BEFORE services are rendered.Desired Settlement: Find/and/or/replace the missing items.
