Review: I have a contract with an oil company to deliver oil based on the degree day basis. Usually I receive no more then 170 gallons as per my request at each delivery. On Dec. 30 2013 oil was delivered , but instead of my requested amount delivered they put in 242 gallons, which caused my tank to clog totally up and shut down my 3 zone heating system. I was without heat for 17 hours. Cost of repairs came to a total of $970.95. Oil co. paid for $354.00 of total amount. Oil co. says it is not their fault and repair service ripped me and them off. Tried to contact owner of company for days, to no avail. Finally told them, I was going to call the Revdex.com, and any other resourse if I did not hear from hear from them with 24 hours. They finally called. Owners son yelled at me throughout the entire conversation. When I asked him to stop yelling, he responded "HE WAS ANGRY". I am trying to get them to pay for entire cost of repair, ($579.00 balance) because of their horrible mistake.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay entire cost of the repairs. The sum of ($579.95 balance)is being refused by oil company. Oil burner is less then 7 years old. Is serviced on a regular basis. Entire system was working perfect, until the huge mistake by the oil company.
