I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
The owner/operator of Lipolaser will treat every person as an important client who he will treat like a family member He was extremely informative about what the lipo laser process does and does not do, the importance of exercise and diet in addition to the process, and what to expect It's important to understand the process does not eliminate fat cells, but breaks them down and shrinks themI initially bought six sessions Each session consists of thirty (30) minutes of treatment using his specialized equipment followed up by ten minutes on what I call the paint shaker - a machine that vibrates away fat While each person's body is different, I can share my results On average, at the beginning, I lost 3/of an inch per session around my belly, and I kept it off I went on Mondays and Thursday He is closed Wednesday and Sunday During this time, I also closely monitored what I ate, and walked dailyAfter the first six sessions, I bought his session discounted package I now average a loss of a half inch around my waist I'm buying new pants!
Be aware that this is not simply am alternative to liposuction, but more *** can place the plates (which are totally painless, btw) anywhere on your body to shrink the fat cells It's body sculpturing You discuss with *** your objectives, and he gives you the right treatment in the right placeThe office is Extremely clean! I admire *** for maintaining such a high quality office and service After about sessions, I can say he has never been late for me or anyone I've seen in the office But above all, he treats each client as though they are the most important client he has, and it's so nice to know people like ***And while this may not be important to you as a customer, *** is genuinely a nice guy I enjoy chatting with him and learning about some of the other projects he has in his life He's very engaging and has such a positive attitudeI would recommend this to anyone His office is located near the *** on Houston (across the street) in Florence I guarantee you'll like *** and will be very pleasantly surprised with the results
I am extremely concerned to hear that one of our clients felt uncomfortable during one of their visits to our facility. Our clients are right to expect courteous, respectful, and professional services with each and every visit. It is not a requirement that our clients remove their...
clothing down to their underwear, however, during the Lipo Laser treatments it is necessary for us to have access to the area being treated because we need to apply laser paddles to that area. Most of our clients that have their thigh area done will choose to wear short shorts, bathing suit bottoms or their underwear and they make that decision based on their own personal comfort level. With that being said, I still do not want any of our clients to feel uncomfortable. We are a small business that has been in operation for the past 3 years and we have never received a complaint even close to this one and my goal is to ensure that we do not receive another one. She mentioned that she did not have the option to work with anyone except for Frank, however, I am a co-owner and also a Certified Laser Technician and I would be happy to work with [redacted] to finish out her final 3 laser treatments if that is something that she would like to consider. My service expectations are the same as [redacted]'s and the laser treatments are supposed to be relaxing and stress free so if she is not interested in finishing out the last 3 of her 6 treatments I would be willing to make an exception to our No Refund Policy and refund her for the 3 treatments she did not receive which would be a total of $154.50.
